Ombyggnationen bestod i att borra ur h\u00e5let i hot-end till 4mm och pressa ner en hylsa med 4mm ytterdiameter och 2mm innerdiameter. Sedan passade jag in en PTFE-slang med 3mm ytterdiameter och 2mm innerdiameter i den plasthylsa som gick genom hela hot-enden och sedan var det klart. Tyv\u00e4rr t\u00e4nkte jag inte p\u00e5 att fota arbetet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMAG2713.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1256\" title=\"Hot end\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMAG2713-1024x577.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMAG2713-1024x577.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMAG2713-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMAG2713-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5h\u00e4r ser den iallafall ut efter modifikationen.<\/p>\n<p>Nu n\u00e4r hot-end var f\u00e4rdig passade jag p\u00e5 att bygga ihop min mini-extruder f\u00e4rdigt, och monterade det hela p\u00e5 skrivaren. Passformen \u00e4r suver\u00e4n, och det k\u00e4nns bra r\u00e4tt igenom. Extrudern \u00e4r kraftig och f\u00e5r bra grepp om filamentet och hot-enden \u00e4r enkel och r\u00e4ttfram. Detta verkar lovande minst sagt!
