Det h\u00f6ll jag inte riktigt, men gjorde iallafall bara tv\u00e5 timmar &#8221;jobb&#8221; och sen blev det lek. N\u00e4r man vrider styret tar gaffelbenen emot lamph\u00e5llaren, men det har jag t\u00e4nkt l\u00f6sa genom att bocka pl\u00e5ten f\u00f6r lamph\u00e5llaren s\u00e5 att den blir smalare baktill. Jag skulle \u00e4ven kunna korta av den, men \u00e4r lite r\u00e4dd att tornet kommer bli vibrationsben\u00e4get om man tar bort den f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning som den pl\u00e5ten faktiskt ger.<\/p>\n<p>I och med att resultatet var okej s\u00e5 best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra ett f\u00f6rsta test i aluminium. B\u00f6rjade med att k\u00f6ra en chamfer med min nya 8mm 90-graders fr\u00e4s, och sedan k\u00f6rde jag en vanlig fr\u00e4sning. Nu tror jag att jag har hittat sweetspot f\u00f6r min alupl\u00e5t med en 6mm pinnfr\u00e4s, 15krpm och 0,3mm per varv i 1000mm\/min. Det flyger aluminiumsp\u00e5n \u00e5t alla h\u00e5ll och kanter, och man f\u00e5r st\u00e4da ordentligt efter\u00e5t. Ruskigt bra blev det idag! N\u00e4stan synd att eloxera bitarna, men blankpolerad aluminium passar verkligen inte p\u00e5 hojjen som den ser ut idag.
