Det gick v\u00e4l s\u00e5d\u00e4r kan man s\u00e4ga, men tillslut hade jag iallafall en CAD-modell av hur v\u00e4nster sidok\u00e5pa skulle se ut. Det tog inte l\u00e5ng stund att k\u00f6ra ut denna i fr\u00e4sen..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3434.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1585\" alt=\"Fr\u00e4sa k\u00e5pa\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3434-1024x577.jpg\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3434-1024x577.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3434-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3434-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a>\u00c5terigen blev pluggen 15cm h\u00f6g, och det gick allts\u00e5 \u00e5t tre lager cellplast. Denna g\u00e5ng var jag dock lite smartare \u00e4n n\u00e4r jag gjorde k\u00e5pan, och lade inte p\u00e5 epoxyspackel. Ist\u00e4llet k\u00f6pte jag sprutspackel p\u00e5 Biltema att fylla upp oj\u00e4mnheter med&#8230; det jag inte t\u00e4nkte p\u00e5 var att sprutspackel \u00e4r l\u00f6sningsmedelbaserat, och l\u00f6sningsmedlet k\u00e4kar cellpast&#8230; det blev inte s\u00e5 bra alls, och eftersom att jag anv\u00e4nde de sista bitarna cellplast till fr\u00e4sningen s\u00e5 var det bara att spackla ORDENTLIGT med snickerispackel.. Efter ett antal lager spackel, och lite f\u00e4rg s\u00e5g pluggarna ut s\u00e5h\u00e4r..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3440.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1586\" alt=\"Pluggar\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3440-1024x577.jpg\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3440-1024x577.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3440-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3440-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a>F\u00f6r att vara s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att pluggarna skulle klara polyestern lade jag ett lager epoxy. Resultatet blev en v\u00e4ldigt j\u00e4mn och sl\u00e4t yta, perfekt!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3455.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1587\" alt=\"Plugg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3455-1024x577.jpg\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3455-1024x577.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3455-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/IMAG3455-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att slippa miss\u00f6det fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rr med en plugg som fastnar i formen s\u00e5 lade jag tv\u00e5 lager vax och ovanp\u00e5 det tv\u00e5 lager PVA. N\u00e4r det h\u00e4rdat klart gick det r\u00e4tt smidigt att bryta ut en kant och k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 med tryckluft. Sl\u00e4ppte hur l\u00e4tt och fint som helst. Efter en del renkapning visade det sig att jag twistat formen f\u00f6r lite, men med lite v\u00e5ld och bra inf\u00e4stningar s\u00e5 gick det att tvinga k\u00e5porna r\u00e4tt.. Det kommer en uppgradering fram\u00f6ver dock, men just nu ska det k\u00f6ras!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att kunna montera k\u00e5pan i tanken har jag klurat p\u00e5 hur jag ska f\u00e4sta \u00f6glor i tanken. Tanken \u00e4r av PP-plast, som inte g\u00e5r att limma.. Att dra skruvar genom tanken k\u00e4nns inte som n\u00e5gon bra l\u00f6sning. Id\u00e9n slog mig att svetsa fast en alu-bit i tanken, men n\u00e4r jag gjorde lite tester med detta kom jag p\u00e5 att en metallplatta med en massa h\u00e5l, som man v\u00e4rmer och sm\u00e4lter ner i den befintliga plasten, bara lagom s\u00e5 att plasten kommer upp ur h\u00e5len och l\u00e5ser metallbiten p\u00e5 plats.. det var nog den b\u00e4sta l\u00f6sningen. Det som \u00e4r kvar att g\u00f6ra nu \u00e4r blinkers, indikatorlampor och dekaler.
