{"id":3907,"date":"2017-05-03T22:09:49","date_gmt":"2017-05-03T20:09:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?p=3907"},"modified":"2017-05-04T10:46:34","modified_gmt":"2017-05-04T08:46:34","slug":"lager-och-spindelledsbyte-v70-d5-awd-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?p=3907","title":{"rendered":"Lager- och spindelledsbyte V70 D5 AWD -06"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00e5 var det dags f\u00f6r den \u00e5rliga besiktningen av V70:n, och det finns en del att \u00e5tg\u00e4rda.. Jag trodde att bytet av luftmassem\u00e4tare skulle ordna problemet med felkod om luftmassem\u00e4taren, men \u00e4ven med ny LMM \u00e5terkom felmeddelandet, s\u00e5 n\u00e4sta misst\u00e4nkta bov \u00e4r virvelspj\u00e4llet. N\u00e4r jag testk\u00f6rde bilen med datorn ikopplad fick jag v\u00e4ldigt skumma v\u00e4rden p\u00e5 aktuatorn till virvelspj\u00e4llet (virvelspj\u00e4llsmotorn), s\u00e5 det blev att best\u00e4lla en ny motor.. Men innan den levererades hann vi besikta bilen och f\u00e5 anm\u00e4rkningar p\u00e5 hjullager v\u00e4nster sida fram samt spindelled h\u00f6ger. Dessa fanns i lager, s\u00e5 det blev en kv\u00e4ll i garaget f\u00f6r att \u00e5tg\u00e4rda problemen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spindelledsbyte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3909\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3909\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3909\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_185728.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Upp med bilen p\u00e5 lyften och av med hjulet f\u00f6r att byta spindelleden. Nu t\u00e4nkte jag spara lite tid och arbete vid bytet av spindelleden genom att inte plocka loss hela spindeln utan bara plocka bort minsta m\u00f6jliga, s\u00e5 jag lossade spindelledens mutter och d\u00e4mparbenets inf\u00e4stning i styrspindeln..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3911\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3911\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3911\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_185737.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3912\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3912\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3912\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_185743.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Men det gick d\u00e5ligt att kr\u00e4nga ut spindelleden ur b\u00e4rarmen, s\u00e5 jag fick lossa drivaxeln..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3913\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3913\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3913\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_185951.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.. och plocka loss bromsoket och ABS-sensorn. D\u00e5 kunde jag lirka loss spindeln tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 bort spindelleden..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3914\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3914\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3914\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_192406.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4rkbart sliten var den gamla leden, klart i behov av byte:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3915\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3915\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3915\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3915\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3915\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_192523.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-3915\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Gammal mot ny<\/p><\/div>\n<p>.. men som vanligt n\u00e4r man \u00e4r lat s\u00e5 straffar det sig i slutet. F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den nya spindelleden p\u00e5 plats var jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 tvungen att lossa hela styrspindeln. Det slutade med att jag anv\u00e4nde en 15mm hylsa mot drivaxeln och en 20mm hylsa att sl\u00e5 p\u00e5, samt ett 1\/4&#8243; f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningsskaft f\u00f6r att styra allt r\u00e4tt, och sedan sl\u00e4ggan att banka med.. s\u00e5 kom den till slut.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3921\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3921\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3921\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_213218.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r v\u00e4l spindeln \u00e4r l\u00f6s s\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara att lossa lagret fr\u00e5n baksidan och knacka ut det.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3922\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3922\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3922\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_214002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3923\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3923\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3923\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_214919.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hjullagret var dyngslut efter lite drygt 32000 mil, glappade millimetrar \u00e5t alla h\u00e5ll.. s\u00e5 det var minst sagt l\u00e4ge att byta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5terigen kr\u00e4vdes sm\u00e4rgeln f\u00f6r att reng\u00f6ra lagerf\u00e4stet innan \u00e5termontering..<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3924\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3924\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3924\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3924\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3924\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_214936.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-3924\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">F\u00f6re..<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_3925\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3925\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3925\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3925\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3925\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_215744.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-3925\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">..efter<\/p><\/div>\n<p>S\u00e5 var det bara att montera det nya lagret..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3926\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3926\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3926\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_220306.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>och \u00e5termontera allting i omv\u00e4nd ordning. \u00c5terigen med en ny skruv till drivaxeln &#8211; som f\u00f6ljer med lagersatsen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=3927\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3927\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3927\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/20170502_220605.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Passade p\u00e5 att byta till sommard\u00e4ck n\u00e4r bilen \u00e4nd\u00e5 stod p\u00e5 lyften, och vid provk\u00f6rning efter\u00e5t k\u00e4nner man att bilen har rej\u00e4lt med toe-in.. s\u00e5 nu blir det en hjulinst\u00e4llning innan blien ska ut p\u00e5 v\u00e4garna igen. Vi har ju haft problem med att bilen n\u00f6tt d\u00e4ck p\u00e5 insidan, kanske dessa glappa komponenter haft n\u00e5gonting att g\u00f6ra med att ingen verkstad lyckats g\u00f6ra en vettig inst\u00e4llning p\u00e5 hjulen.. vi f\u00e5r hoppas att det blir b\u00e4ttre nu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta steg blir byte av virvelspj\u00e4llsmotor, forts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6ljer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00e5 var det dags f\u00f6r den \u00e5rliga besiktningen av V70:n, och det finns en del att \u00e5tg\u00e4rda..
