Vi b\u00f6rjade med att montera lagerf\u00e4stet p\u00e5 sidan d\u00e4r kedjehuset inte ska sitta..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4113\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4113\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4113\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171223_140323.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ture ritar ut l\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 skruvarna, lika bra att g\u00f6ra allt r\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4114\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4114\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4114\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171223_141233.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00f6nt att slippa g\u00f6ra allt arbetet sj\u00e4lv. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4115\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4115\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4115\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171223_143806.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r lagerh\u00e5llaren, lagret och hastighetsm\u00e4targivaren satt p\u00e5 plats var den enkla sidan klar, d\u00e5 var det dags att ge sig p\u00e5 den mer komplicerade delen..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4117\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4117\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4117\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171223_150814.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att passa in kedjehuset med drivaxelns l\u00e4ngd och bredden p\u00e5 v\u00e5r h\u00e5llare fick vi kapa till n\u00e5gra distanser s\u00e5 att totall\u00e4ngden blev den r\u00e4tta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4139\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4139\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4139\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171223_152202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4138\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4138\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4138\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171223_152159.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Med denna snabbjigg kunde vi m\u00e4ta ut hur kedjehuset skulle monteras f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 drivaxeln helt rak, sedan var det bara att m\u00e4rka ut h\u00e5lbilden och montera.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4140\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4140\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4140\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171223_152217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tanken hade hittills varit att antingen kapa av f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkningsb\u00e5gen, eller montera den under hela drivaxelh\u00e5llarl\u00e5dan, men n\u00e4r distanserna monterats och allt var p\u00e5 plats visade det sig att b\u00e5gen passade v\u00e4ldigt bra innanf\u00f6r kedjehuset.. det kr\u00e4vdes bara lite arbete med vinkelslipen, s\u00e5 gick den dit fint sen..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4142\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4142\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4142\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171225_132134.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Eftersom att hela l\u00e5dan bara best\u00e5r av 1mm rostfri pl\u00e5t s\u00e5 k\u00e4ndes det lite v\u00e4l instabilt f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla hela drivlinan, s\u00e5 vi beslutade oss f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning just vid inf\u00e4stningen av kedjehuset.. Vi b\u00f6rjade med att m\u00e4ta in CC-m\u00e5ttet p\u00e5 drivhjulen..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4126\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4126\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4126\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171226_123358.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.. sedan anv\u00e4nde vi lasern f\u00f6r att m\u00e4rka ut var centrum p\u00e5 axeln i chassiet var..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4127\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4127\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4127\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171226_124742.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.. innan vi riggade upp allt i pressen och justerade positionerna p\u00e5 drivhjulen..<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r detta var gjort fick vi l\u00e4gga en hel del jobb p\u00e5 att rensa insidan av tunneln p\u00e5 st\u00e5l och muttrar som var ditsvetsade, men n\u00e4r det v\u00e4l var gjort s\u00e5 var det bara att m\u00e4ta in allt s\u00e5 att det blir rakt, och nita fast tunneln.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4129\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4129\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4129\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171226_171148.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4130\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4130\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4130\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171226_172440.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4rp\u00e5 \u00e5termonterade vi drivaxel, lager och kedjehus, denna g\u00e5ng med mattan p\u00e5 plats..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4131\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4131\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4131\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/20171226_173741.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.. och sedan var det &#8221;bara&#8221; att montera boggien. Sedan ska sekund\u00e4rvariatorn passas in och ett motorf\u00e4ste byggas innan det \u00e4r dags att avsluta det hela med ett framvagnsbygge.
