F\u00f6rra vintern, n\u00e4r jag renoverade upp min ruskigt slitna variator s\u00e5 hade jag p\u00e5 k\u00e4nn att det inte skulle h\u00e5lla extremt l\u00e4nge, och i l\u00f6rdags n\u00e4r vi var och k\u00f6rde runt lite i pudret s\u00e5 gav l\u00e5smuttern upp &#8211; sprack r\u00e4tt av. F\u00f6r en g\u00e5ngs skull levererade posten b\u00e5de ett helt paket, och i tid! Sist anv\u00e4nde jag lite MDF-bitar som verktyg f\u00f6r att dra ihop variatorn, men det k\u00e4ndes lite halvdant s\u00e5 nu passade jag p\u00e5 att bygga ett riktigare verktyg av lite profilj\u00e4rn som jag hade liggandes.. Jag tror att jag spenderar ungef\u00e4r lika mycket tid p\u00e5 att tillverka specialverktyg i garaget som med sj\u00e4lva skruvandet.. Viktigt att X:en linjerar, s\u00e5 att man inte f\u00e5r obalans i variatorn.. Den h\u00e4r snurrar ju lite drygt 8000 varv i minuten n\u00e4r man har roligt!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4187\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4187\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4187\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/20180109_211344.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 var det bara att sl\u00e4ppa p\u00e5 sp\u00e4nnaren, och denna g\u00e5ng blev det till att m\u00e4rka upp den ordentligt s\u00e5 att jag vet vad det \u00e4r f\u00f6r skrot jag har st\u00e5endes i garaget. Testade sj\u00e4lvklart att starta upp maskinen, och tja.. det verkar fungera.
