Vi \u00e5teranv\u00e4nder sj\u00e4lva motorplattan fr\u00e5n det tidigare bygget dock. V\u00e4ger inte \u00f6verdrivet mycket heller, s\u00e5 denna l\u00f6sning f\u00e5r bli den vi anv\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Framvagnsbygge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta punkt p\u00e5 att-g\u00f6ra listan \u00e4r att bygga framvagn. Detta \u00e4r n\u00e5gonting som funderats p\u00e5 i m\u00e5nga timmar, men f\u00f6r att n\u00e5gonsin kunna f\u00e5 ut maskinen ur garaget s\u00e5 tar vi lite genv\u00e4gar och bygger enklast m\u00f6jliga.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4529\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4529\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4529\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190104_140036.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4530\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4530\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4530\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190104_141618.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade med att kapa till lite delar och tillverka en jigg f\u00f6r att svetsa ihop styrspindellagringen. F\u00f6r att kunna luska ut hur h\u00f6ga styrspindlar vi ska g\u00f6ra m\u00e5ste vi f\u00f6rst ha framvagnen p\u00e5 plats, s\u00e5 n\u00e4sta steg blev a-armar..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4531\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4531\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4531\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190106_125154.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r hade jag t\u00e4nkt g\u00f6ra enklast m\u00f6jliga och borra upp h\u00e5l i armarna f\u00f6r att kunna montera i chassiet, men det gl\u00f6mde jag och n\u00e4r armarna var svetsade m\u00e5ste jag hitta en annan l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r jag har f\u00f6r liten fr\u00e4s f\u00f6r att kunna borra detta p\u00e5 plats.. s\u00e5 det fick bli en b\u00e4ttre, om \u00e4n mer komplicerad, l\u00f6sning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4532\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4532\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4532\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190106_154849.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade med att kapa till och g\u00e4nga upp tappar f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla a-armarna p\u00e5 plats. Vist, M12 g\u00e4ngst\u00e5ng hade fungerat, men jag k\u00e4nde att detta var roligt, och snyggt blev det ju med.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4533\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4533\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4533\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190106_161656.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sedan kapades tre lagom l\u00e5nga fyrkantprofiler, och 18mm h\u00e5l borrades centrerat i dessa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4534\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4534\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4534\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190106_164609.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kapade av bitarna p\u00e5 mitten, klippte ut n\u00e5gra vinkelbitar med vinkelslipen och svetsade fast 17mm r\u00f6r med 12mm innerdiameter..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4535\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4535\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4535\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190106_164612.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6jde ihop..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4536\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4536\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4536\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190106_170633.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.. och svetsade dessa..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4537\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4537\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4537\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190106_174149.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.. f\u00f6r att till sist montera dem p\u00e5 a-armarna. R\u00e5kade ha fyrkantprofil som precis passade p\u00e5 profilerna jag anv\u00e4nt till A-armar, s\u00e5 det blev riktigt bra och stabilt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att montera h\u00e4rligheten p\u00e5 chassiet beh\u00f6vdes lite mer fyrkantsprofil, och eftersom att det blir b\u00e5de snyggare och b\u00e4ttre att montera framvagnen s\u00e5 att den fj\u00e4drar upp\u00e5t\/bak\u00e5t s\u00e5 blev det lite trixande med vinklar hit och dit innan vi hade en s\u00e5nh\u00e4r klar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4538\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4538\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4538\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190107_170302.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ttade ut och svetsade fast den i chassiet..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4539\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4539\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4539\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190107_172208.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4540\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4540\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4540\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190107_172213.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4541\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4541\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4541\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190107_172217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Det kan k\u00e4nnas som att det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e5ngt mellan matta och skidor, men det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att krympa motorpaketet mer p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden om man inte ska lyfta upp motorn ovanf\u00f6r variatorn, vilket inte kommer bli bra.. S\u00e5 det f\u00e5r bli som det blir, provk\u00f6rningen f\u00e5r utvisa om det fungerar eller inte.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta steg p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen \u00e4r att tillverka \u00f6vre A-armar och ett torn f\u00f6r att f\u00e4sta dessa samt st\u00f6td\u00e4mparna fram, men f\u00f6r att detta ska g\u00e5 m\u00e5ste vi bygga styrspindlar &#8211; s\u00e5 det blir kv\u00e4llens projekt. \u00c5terkommer med uppdateringar inom en snar framtid.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vintern nalkas och det b\u00f6rjar bli dags att f\u00e5 provk\u00f6ra barnens skoter, s\u00e5 vi tar tag i bygget igen efter ett l\u00e4ngre uppeh\u00e5ll..
