Det har h\u00e4nt en del sedan sist.<\/p>\n<p>Cadden \u00e4r &#8221;f\u00e4rdig&#8221; och jag har printat en hel del testbitar f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till passformen, men n\u00e4r toleranserna v\u00e4l var utredda var det bara att k\u00f6ra p\u00e5. Skriver ut denna p\u00e5 min st\u00f6rre skrivare med ett 0,8mm munstycke med 0,25mm lagerh\u00f6jd och ~80mm\/s skrivhastighet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4834\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4834\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4834\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/20200121_165354.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"622\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6tterna testmonteras p\u00e5 de vertikala aluminiumprofilerna. Eftersom att jag anv\u00e4nder delarna fr\u00e5n min gamla Kossel s\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag med 300mm l\u00e5nga aluprofiler och bygger runt det f\u00f6r att maximera utskriftsvolymen p\u00e5 lillskrivarn.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4835\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4835\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4835\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/20200121_165638.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.6mm v\u00e4ggar, 1mm (4 lager) topp och botten och 20% infill ger stabila och snygga delar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4836\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4836\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4836\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/20200122_234048.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>St\u00f6rsta printen hittills p\u00e5 storskrivarn blir h\u00e5llaren till printbeden p\u00e5 minin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4837\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4837\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4837\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/20200127_201002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta versionen av \u00f6vre lagerh\u00e5llare och Z-gejderh\u00e5llare. H\u00e4r anv\u00e4nder jag en 5mm aluminiumdistans fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra dr\u00f6narbyggen och vanliga 16T pulleys &#8211; d\u00e5 jag inte hade vanliga idlers s\u00e5 att det r\u00e4ckte till alla rullar. F\u00f6rsta varianten skrev jag ut som en enda bit med st\u00f6dmaterial och allt vad det inneb\u00e4r, men det blev inte helt bra. H\u00e4r har jag gjort en 4mm tjock l\u00f6sning d\u00e4r remmen kl\u00e4ms mellan stegmotorn till extrudern och en plastbit med r\u00e4fflor som passar remmen. H\u00e4r hade jag l\u00e4st att vagnarna p\u00e5 linj\u00e4rlagren hade 20&#215;20 h\u00e5lbild och inte provm\u00e4tt. Det visade sig att det var 20&#215;15, s\u00e5 jag fick cadda om y- och x-gantryt lite.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4860\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4860\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4860\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/20200201_122548.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fick printa ny b\u00e4ddh\u00e5llare och \u00f6vre Z-lagerf\u00e4ste med h\u00e5llare f\u00f6r Z-limitswitch och med plats f\u00f6r dubbla lager i b\u00e4ddh\u00e5llaren, s\u00e5 att den blir mer stabil. Den h\u00e4ngde lite f\u00f6r mycket tidigare. Fungerar inte detta f\u00e5r jag fr\u00e4sa ut en h\u00e5llare i aluminium ist\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4861\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4861\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4861\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/20200201_171948.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"498\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fick lite inspiration fr\u00e5n ett bygge p\u00e5 youtube och designade en ryggrad som h\u00e5ller filamenttuben och alla kablar som beh\u00f6vs till hotend etc. Det h\u00e5ller ordning p\u00e5 rubbet och ser \u00e4rligt talat r\u00e4tt coolt ut. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4862\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4862\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4862\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/20200205_192917.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"498\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Senaste uppdateringen \u00e4r att skrivaren \u00e4r vid liv och r\u00f6r p\u00e5 sig f\u00f6r egen maskin. Jag hade lyckats krossa tempsensorn i hotenden n\u00e4r jag monterade den, men i \u00f6vrigt fungerar allt utan problem.<\/p>\n<p>Nu ska det monteras en PEI-utskriftsplatta och en induktiv sensor f\u00f6r Z s\u00e5 att skrivaren kan anpassa sig efter en krokig utskriftsplattform, sedan ska det testskrivas lite. Jo, en rullh\u00e5llare i gr\u00f6n plast ska designas och hakas p\u00e5 med, och lite kosmetiska detaljer.<\/p>\n<p>Hela kalaset styrs av en Mega2650 med ett RAMPS1.4 kort, eftersom att jag hade det i min Kossel. Sedan kommer en Raspberry Pi 3 att monteras i basen p\u00e5 skrivaren och k\u00f6ra OctoPI som mina \u00f6vriga skrivare..
