Det var inga problem alls att montera p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r cykeln annat \u00e4n att det var lite knepigt att f\u00e5 v\u00e4ck v\u00e4xelreglaget f\u00f6r framkransen d\u00e5 det sitter integrerat med bromshandtaget som vi ville ha kvar.. men efter lite pyssel var det mesta borta och cykelkonverteringen klar &#8211; s\u00e5 n\u00e4r som p\u00e5 batteriet.<\/p>\n<p>Punktsvetsen f\u00f6r 18650-cellerna har inte kommit \u00e4nnu, den \u00e4r planerad f\u00f6r leverans imorgon, s\u00e5 nu tillverkar vi batterih\u00e5llare f\u00f6r fulla muggar och klurar p\u00e5 hur dessa p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt ska monteras p\u00e5 ramen..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4916\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4916\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4916\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_20200803_185934.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"589\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4917\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4917\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4917\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_20200803_185938.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"269\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Skalan blev fel p\u00e5 det tidigare batteriet s\u00e5 det visar sig att vi med l\u00e4tthet rymmer 65 celler i ramen:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4918\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4918\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4918\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/newbattery_w_frame.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"971\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dvs 13s5p, vilket kommer att ge en kapacitet p\u00e5 12.5Ah eller cirka 600Wh &#8211; vilket torde ge r\u00e4tt bra r\u00e4ckvidd. Enligt spec kommer batteriet att kunna leverera lite drygt 60A kontinuerligt, men d\u00e5 man vill ha r\u00e4tt mycket s\u00e4kerhetsmariginal k\u00e4nns det bra att cykeln kommer toppa ut bra mycket l\u00e4gre \u00e4n h\u00e4lften..<\/p>\n<p>Efter allt detta och medan skrivarna printar tog vi oss en cykeltur f\u00f6rbi nya batterifabriken i stan &#8211; Northvolt.. sj\u00e4lvklart p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra elcyklar:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=4919\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4919\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4919\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_20200803_181817.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"589\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gick finfint f\u00f6rutom att mitt batteripack slog i under-voltage protection p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen hem.. Lite drygt 6 mil p\u00e5 full fart h\u00e5ller det.. men jag ska justera under-voltage, nu br\u00f6t den p\u00e5 42V och man ska med s\u00e4kerhet kunna k\u00f6ra ner en bra bit under 35V.. men d\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver jag en programmeringskabel.<\/p>\n<p>Forts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6ljer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00e5, efter en sk\u00f6n helg i stugan kliade det i fingrarna s\u00e5pass att vi hann med en elcykelkonvertering innan frukost imorse.
