De ville ha visirb\u00e5gar, de vi printar \u00e4r mycket bekv\u00e4mare att anv\u00e4nda \u00e4n de FTV k\u00f6per.. s\u00e5 d\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju bara till att b\u00f6rja printa. D\u00e4rmed blev det lite paus p\u00e5 Stoorn-projektet d\u00e5 skrivarna g\u00e5r varma med visirb\u00e5gar och reservdelar till elcykeln..<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 vad g\u00f6r man under tiden?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5125\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5125\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5125\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/w2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"441\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Eftersom att jag har en finfin hotend till nya skrivaren s\u00e5 vill man ju inte repa den med polygripen n\u00e4r man ska byta munstycke..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5126\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5126\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5126\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/20210204_190154.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 det var bara att g\u00e5 till fr\u00e4sen och hitta en s\u00e5nh\u00e4r i en 8mm tjock aluminiumbit. Jag b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 till v\u00e4ndningen till andra sidan helt okej nu. Har hittat lite tips p\u00e5 hur jag ska g\u00f6ra&#8217;t \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre, s\u00e5 n\u00e4sta version ska bli klockren. =)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5127\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5127\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5127\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/20210204_191005.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Momentnyckel (1,5Nm) och hemmalagad hotendh\u00e5llare \u00e4r allt man beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att byta\u00a0 munstycket:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5128\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5128\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5128\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/20210204_191031.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Se s\u00e5 fint det passar. Tyv\u00e4rr \u00e4r heater cartridget r\u00e4tt mycket iv\u00e4gen, men man f\u00e5r g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n andra h\u00e5llet f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 det att fungera.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5129\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5129\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5129\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/20210204_191103.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 brorsans inr\u00e5dan blev det ett g\u00e4ngat h\u00e5l i bakdelen som man skruvar i munstycket i n\u00e4r man plockat loss det. Det \u00e4r 200+ grader varmt och man vill snabbt f\u00e5 i det nya munstycket men det kan vara lite knepigt att f\u00e5 ut det gamla ur verktyget.. Detta l\u00f6ser problemet, plus att aluminiumet snabbt och effektivt leder bort v\u00e4rmen. N\u00e4r man monterat det nya munstycket \u00e4r det losstagna ljummet och kan med f\u00f6rdel l\u00e4ggas tillbaka i nozzle-asken under skrivaren. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag blev jag \u00e5terigen kontaktat fr\u00e5n folktandv\u00e5rden i stan.
