Det enda problemet var att jag fick det obearbetat d\u00e5 ingen vi kunde komma p\u00e5 att fr\u00e5ga ville ta sig an arbetet med att sk\u00e4ra splines \u00e5t mig. S\u00e5, d\u00e5 f\u00e5r man helt enkelt ta och g\u00f6ra&#8217;t p\u00e5 egen hand d\u00e5..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5547\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5547\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5547\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_130815.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade med att sp\u00e4nna upp remdrevet i min lilla manuella fr\u00e4s f\u00f6r att plana av 2mm fr\u00e5n botten..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5562\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5562\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5562\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_131446-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Det gick j\u00e4tted\u00e5ligt, s\u00e5 jag gav upp den tanken r\u00e4tt snart.. ist\u00e4llet lade jag till en extra operation p\u00e5 CNC-jobbet och sp\u00e4nde upp och m\u00e4tte in remdrevet p\u00e5 CNC-maskinen..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5549\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5549\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5549\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_140453.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jag byggde CNC-fr\u00e4sen f\u00f6r att kunna fr\u00e4sa skivmaterial och aluminium. St\u00e5l hade jag aldrig en tanke p\u00e5 att jag skulle lyckas fr\u00e4sa men det visar sig att st\u00e5l n\u00e4stan \u00e4r mer l\u00e4ttfr\u00e4st \u00e4n alu.. men jag k\u00f6r v\u00e4ldigt f\u00f6rsiktigt. H\u00e4r har jag en 8mm pinnfr\u00e4s som tar 0.2mm ingrepp, 2mm i taget i 500mm\/min hastighet.. (Note to self)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5550\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5550\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5550\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_140626.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Efter att fr\u00e4sen planat av toppen p\u00e5 remhjulet \u00e4r ytan s\u00e5 sl\u00e4t att man inte kan k\u00e4nna n\u00e5gra sp\u00e5r ens med nageln. Galet!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5552\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5552\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5552\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_144504.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Det blev m\u00e5nga operationer och m\u00e5nga varv d\u00e5 det \u00e4r 5 olika diametrar p\u00e5 olika djup som ska fr\u00e4sas i hjulet.. Efter en l\u00e5ng v\u00e4ntan var f\u00f6rsta sidan klar..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5553\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5553\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5553\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_150404.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 var det bara att sp\u00e4nna upp och m\u00e4ta in andra sidan och k\u00f6ra vidare..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5554\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5554\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5554\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_153941.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jag l\u00e4t fr\u00e4sen g\u00f6ra anvisningar med 60 graders delning f\u00f6r att veta hur jag skulle sk\u00e4ra splinesen n\u00e4r det var klart. Anv\u00e4nde en 3mm pinnfr\u00e4s men med facit i hand skulle jag gjort sp\u00e5ren djupare f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en b\u00e4ttre anvisning att g\u00e5 efter..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5555\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5555\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5555\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_161502.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En 5mm sp\u00e5rkilsreamer fick g\u00f6ra jobbet f\u00f6r att sk\u00e4ra splines. Detta moment hade jag aldrig testat f\u00f6rr men det var t\u00e4mligen enkelt.. Bara i med reamern d\u00e4r jag gjort en anvisning, i med kalaset i pressen och..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/?attachment_id=5556\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5556\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5556\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runstenracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20220129_162821.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.. n\u00e5gra f\u00f6rsiktiga drag senare s\u00e5 hade man ett sp\u00e5r..
